the Eiffel Tower

As strong as iron yet as delicate as lace, the Eiffel Tower is the romantic symbol of Paris. Interestingly, its design was at first disdained by the city's artists and writers, who protested the tower's construction in 1889 for the Universal Exposition, a world's fair commemorating the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution. Eventually, however, the tower's beauty, originality, and engineering wizardry won it widespread praise and affection -- as well as a place on the canvases of artists such as Pissarro and Utrillo.

How to overcome nervouseness and anxiety during a speech

Step 1
Choose a topic you kno well. Speaking about  an unfamiliar topic or one that is not particularly interesting can increase your anxiety about giving a speech.
Step 2
Make notes about you want to say, but do not write out your entire speech. Relying on a written speech is not a good idea because you can lose your place while you are more likely to remember the text point and regain your composure should you happen to lose focus.
Step 3
Rehears your speech several times in front of a friend who you know will give you honest feedback. Ask your friend to evaluate your posture, speaking voice, eye contact and the content of your speech.
Step 4
Arrive early  at the location where you will be making the speech. Familiarize yourself with the lay out of the room and the stage. Make sure you know how to work the microphone and any audio-visual aids before you begin speaking.
Step 5
Meet members of the audience before you make your speech. Seeing a few familiar faces in the audiences may make you feel more at ease when speaking.
Step 6
Take a deep breath after you are introduce and speak your first sentence in a strong, clear voice. A strong opening to your speech can increase your  confidence level.
Step 7
Select  a few people in the audience and focuse on them during your speech. These people may be a people you already know or people who seem to be receiptive an d friendly. Focuse on each person for a few sentences and then move your gaze to a person in another section of the room.

Green Roof Art School in Singapore

Green Roof Art School in Singapore is One of the most amazing green roofs in the world is at the School of Art, Design and Media at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. From a distance, you can barely even tell that the 5-story structure is a building, it blends in so well with its environment. A plethora of glass walls allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the interior, and the grassy roof is used as a meeting space for students. The green roof also insulates the building, cools the surrounding air and harvests rainwater for landscape irrigation. wow...what a beautiful school tha i ever seen! Do you want to get the science there? I wanna too....

the Leaning Tower of Pisa

Who can't know the Leaning Tower of Pisa? Talking about "the best shot in Italy", everyone would think this famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Everyone takes a photo in front of this tower, "supporting" it to avoid leaning. Subsidence of the slope has completely stopped now, so you can also climb the Leaning Tower. The view from the Leaning Tower is wonderful, of course! Not only the Square of Miracles but also red-tiled rooves you can overlook.
It's possible to do day trip from Florence to Pisa, but it would be nice to stay at least one night. Since Pisa has a famous university, the atmosphere of the town is young, lively and fun. I recommend the hotels with good reviews of guests.

A-Ma-Gau temple

Macau’s name is derived from A-Ma-Gau or Place of A-Ma and this temple dedicated to the seafarers’ goddess dates from the early 16th century.
According to legend, A-Ma, a poor girl looking for passage to Canton, was refused by the wealthy junk owners but a lowly fisherman took her on board. A storm blew up and wrecked all but the boat carrying the girl.
On arrival in Macau she vanished, to reappear as a goddess, on the spot where the fishermen built her temple.
